I was promoted to a supervisor after 1 year. Another promotion came shortly afterward. I enjoy the call center. Terrible company to work for, the company culture is not a pleasant one, management is terrible and do not care about the staff and field managers, the management can not be trusted.

Good company to work for. Management is not the greatest. Had to be very careful who you talked to about anything. It was difficult to concentrate on your work with all of the management distractions. Other employees were tattletales and you had to be careful what was said around them. I began working as a contractor and was offered a full-time position doing the same job after about a month. After 6 months, I moved to a different position within the department working with systems with which I had more experience.

ACS has a great management team and great people to work with. Highly recommend ACS. Pros Great fringe benefits including education reimbursement. Cons They have no formal management training in-house but that may have changed with Xerox acquisition. Has a gym for workout and is a fun working environment with great work space. Conducted business in a positive atmosphere with modern technical labs to conduct business.

Pros Great working environment. Cons None. The people were wonderful and knowledgeable. Excellent benefits and pay. I truly enjoyed my time at ACS and gained so much knowledge and experience.
