Drop three eggs into the bucket to drain the water encasing the sandcastle. Once all the correct letters are hit, defeat the Black Snippet by ground pounding on it twice, then grab the Jiggy from the now opened cage. Starting at the area where you were taught the Shock Pad move, start springing from pillar to pillar, moving left towards the wall.
Once you make it to the wall, start springing up the ledges to get to the Jiggy at the highest ledge. In the area where you fought Nipper, find a green Shock Pad and spring up to the platform. Find another Shock Pad and move up to the next level. Jump into the water and swim down to the bottom where the Jiggy rests. Head to the back of the island by passing through the center.
As you swim across, try to avoid Snacker by heading to the crates for safety. Once you make it to the area with the ladders, walk to the right to find a small path that takes you around the side of the wall. Hop onto the crates and onto the ledges until you reach the Jiggy.
Using the Flight Pad found at the top of the mast on Captain Blubber's boat, fly in the middle of the world and land in a small cove on the left. Hop inside the Lockup to find a Jiggy. Follow the path through the area with the pillars and continue walking as you make your way around the spiral path. At the top, ground pound the giant X and use the Flight Pad to start flying. Head to the area with the ladders and you should notice another giant X in the distance. Land and ground pound here as well, continuing this pattern until a giant X turns into a large question mark.
Once this happens, jump to the little island to the right of you to find a final X. Ground pound it to have a Little Lockup appear. Chase it down and defeat it to claim your Jiggy! Use the Flight Pad at the top of the mast on Captain Blubber's Ship and head to a small cove on the right wall in the center of the island.
Walk up the stairs to get to the lighthouse at the top of the island. Walk up the spiral path until you reach a breakable door at the base of the lighthouse.
